Theodore Olsen – President and Chief Executive Officer
Ted Olsen is President and Chief Executive Officer of PathSensors, Inc. Olsen has over 30 years of international experience managing new product development, as well as building and expanding high technology manufacturing companies. Prior to joining PathSensors, Inc., Olsen held executive positions in the glass, ceramics, telecommunications and semiconductor industries. Olsen began his career at Corning Inc. and had a lengthy tenure serving in a number of engineering, operational and management positions. He is a member of the Maryland Life Science Advisory Board and formerly a member of the board of advisors at the Pennsylvania State University School of Engineering.

Olsen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.

Richard Kohr – Chief Financial Officer
Rick is Chief Financial Officer of PathSensors, Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Advisors LLC. He has over 25 years of experience advising early stage growth and middle market, closely-held companies. Rick is also a managing member of the Chesapeake Emerging Opportunities Club, an early stage venture capital fund and serves on the Board of Directors for Acuity Mobile, Inc., Butler Capital Corporation, ICAT Logistics, Inc., MetaSource, PathSensors, Inc., and the Emerging Technology Council.

Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland with an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business with a concentration in Finance & Marketing and a BA in Accounting.

Richard Faint
Rick is President of UGT, Inc. a Baltimore, Maryland manufacturing company. He is a reformed lawyer who has been a serial entrepreneur for 25 years. During his career as both a CFO and CEO of public and private companies, Rick has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private corporate finance, financial management, and marketing, sales and operations of technology, health care, manufacturing and real estate businesses.

He serves as Chairman of the Board of The Cornerstone Professional Group, LLC and StarQuartz Industries, Inc. Included in his entrepreneurial finance experience are two IPO’s, an MBO from Loral Corporation and M&A and private equity transactions involving Citrix Systems, Viacom, Warburg Pincus, Baker Capital, Core Capital and Anthem Capital. Rick began his professional career at Gebhardt & Smith where he became partner and practiced law with specialties in real estate and telecommunications.

He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Towson University, and both an MBA and JD from University of Baltimore.

Peter Harris
Peter Harris is President of Yankee Foxtrot, Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to providing specialized guidance on security management issues worldwide. A leader and well-known expert in the security industry, Peter has extensive senior-level management experience with both public and private companies. He started the security business at Analogic in his capacity as President of an Analogic subsidiary, International Security Systems (ISS). He served as the President & CEO of Rapor, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of sophisticated security portals. In addition, he spent five years at American Science & Engineering (AS&E), an international manufacturer of x-ray inspection systems, as VP Sales & Marketing and as a Board member.

As a commercial pilot and naval aviator, Peter is no stranger to aviation and security related issues. He amassed over 2000 hours and 400 carrier landings during a 22-year naval aviation career. Peter serves on a number of US company boards and has been a featured speaker at security trade shows around the world. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Society for Professional Consulting.

Peter holds a B.S. from the US Naval Academy in 1976 and a Master’s Degree in National Security from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in 1983.

Paul Silber
Dr. Silber was the former President/CEO and founder of In Vitro Technologies, Inc. (IVT), a bioscience company that provides products and services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Dr. Silber currently Chairs the GBTC Biotech Roundtable. In addition, he serves on the boards of the Biotechnical Institute of Maryland, the TechCenter at UMBC Business Advisory Board, and the Dean’s advisory board of the UMBC College of Natural Sciences. He is also on the Leadership team of the Open Society Institute and an active mentor of other local entrepreneurs and is a member of the Chesapeake Emerging Opportunity (Angel) Fund and a founding member of BLU Venture Investors.

Dr. Silber has an undergraduate degree in Biology (Carleton College), a Master's degree in Public Health (Univ. Alabama) and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology (Univ. Arizona). He is the holder of two patents and the recipient of various business awards and recognition awards from the State of Maryland.
